How to use:

  1. Sync the LiveTracking SuuntoPlus™ app to your watch.
  2. Download and install the Live.τ mobile app for your platform.
  3. Open Live.τ on your phone.
  4. Enable the Service toggle.
  5. On your watch, start a workout.
  6. Navigate to the SuuntoPlus™ section.
  7. Select LiveTracking and activate it.
  8. Wait a few seconds while the watch connects to the mobile app.
  9. Start workout on your watch.
